MINUTES ANNUAL PARISH MEETING of COLEBY PARISH COUNCIL held at The Village Hall, Coleby on Tuesday,1st May 2019 at 7.10pm
1. Present: Cllrs Karen Playford, Cllr Alan Vivian, Cllr Andrew Long, Cllr Graham Brown, Cllr Jamie Cartwright, Cllr David Knowles, Cllr Barry Earnshaw, County Councillor Ron Oxby, Sue Makinson-Sanders (Clerk)
2. Minutes of Meeting held on 1st May 2018 approval proposed by Cllr Alan Vivian and seconded by Cllr Graham Brown. Minutes approved by all councillors.
3. Presentation by Jamie Rushin, Kim Barker and Gary of Western Power to explain The extent of electrical imstallation works to be carried out in Coleby
commencing late July early August 2019. Members of the public raised issues and were advised that contact details will be made available so any questions should be directed to them for answer. Western Power to provide Parish Clerk with contact details for their BT contact to see if any possibility of telephone services to be buried at the same time
