RAF Coleby Grange
Coleby Parish extends eastwards from the A607 across the Lincoln Heath and it is here, on the boundary with Boothby Graffoe, that RAF Coleby Grange operated, from 1940 until 1944.
This station re-opened for a short while in 1959 and finally closed in 1963. The ruined control tower can easily be seen from the A15 Lincoln to Sleaford road.
