COLEBY PARISH COUNCIL
MINUTES OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
held at the Village Hall Coleby on Tuesday 21st May 2019 at 7.00pm
1. Present: Cllr Karen Playford, Cllr Alan Vivian, Cllr Andrew Long, Cllr Graham Brown, Cllr Jamie Cartwright, Cllr David Knowles,
County Councillor Ron Oxby, Sue Makinson-Sanders (Clerk)
2. Election of Chairman: Cllr Karen Playford - proposed by Cllr Alan Vivian and seconded by Cllr Jamie Cartwright. All Councillors approved.
3. Election of Vice Chairmen: Cllr Alan Vivian - proposed by Cllr Jamie Cartwright and seconded by Cllr Barry Earnshaw
4. Cllr Barry Earnshaw - proposed by Cllr Alan Vivian and Cllr Karen Playford. Councillors approved appointments.
5. Minutes of Meeting held 1st May 2018 approval proposed by Cllr Alan Vivian and Cllr Graham Brown. Approved by all Councillors.
6. Matters arising: None
7. Confirmation of Councillors' Special Responsibilities: Cllrs to retain responsibilities as held in 2017/2018 with Cllr Barry Earnshaw taking over Cllr Jo Shaw's responsibilities and Cllr David Knowles taking over Cllr Huw Davies's responsibilities.
8. Councillors unanimously resolved following the proposal of Cllr Karen Playford and Cllr Alan Vivian to confirm continuation of the Clerk's Employment.
9. Clerks Report of Accounts for Year 2018/2019: The clerk presented a report on the accounts and the Parish Audit. Cllrs resolved unanimously to approve the report.
