COLEBY PARISH COUNCIL EXTRAORDINARY MEETING MINUTES
Held via Zoom on Thursday 29th October 2020 at 7.30pm

Cllrs accepted reasons and apologies for absence.
17.60 The Bell at Coleby: Cllr Earnshaw welcomed a large number of residents to the meeting. Cllr Vivian proposed that the Parish Council seek to place an Asset of Community Value on the Bell at Coleby (The Bell Inn) to secure its future as a restaurant and local amenity. Residents views were canvassed and the majority were in favour of retaining the Bell at Coleby (The Bell Inn) as a public house and restaurant as a community facility.
Cllrs approved the proposal that an application should be made to nominate the Bell at Coleby (The Bell Inn) as an Asset of Community Value. 5 Councillors approved and 1 Councillor remained undecided on the proposal. Proposal carried.
