MINUTES OF AN EXTRAORDINARY MEETING held at the Village Hall Coleby 14th April 2022

Present: Cllr Barry Earnshaw(Chair), Cllr Alan Vivian, Cllr Theresa Brewer, Cllr Graham Brown, Cllr Andrew Long, S. Makinson-Sanders (Clerk).

18.52 Planning Application Reference 22/0510/PMA Change of Use of The Bell Inn from Commercial, Business and Service (Class E) to single dwellinghouse (Use Class C3).
It was confirmed that this is a repeat of the application submitted to NKDC in Oct 2021and that there had been no changes to planning law since the previous application was submitted. Councillors voted to approve to send an objection to the application. Councillors approved, by a majority, to oppose the application. 1 Councillor abstained.
